Honduras Strictly High Grown (SHG) is cultivated at high elevations where cooler temperatures allow the coffee cherries to mature slowly. This extended growing process produces a denser bean, resulting in a remarkably smooth, clean, and well-balanced cup. Expect rich notes of milk chocolate, roasted almonds, and caramelized brown sugar, complemented by a subtle hint of citrus for a refined finish.
